EUROBATEX is a range of closed-cell, flexible elastomeric thermal pipe insulation. It is CFC and HCFC-free, with zero GWP to comply with European Standard EN 14304. Available in tube form, it is an integral vapour barrier material featuring a high emissivity surface. This makes it the perfect solution for condensation control on refrigeration, air conditioning, and dual-temperature services.

This line of products from UNION FOAM has been a top choice for several uses, including plumbing, heating, and industrial as well as residential. UNION FOAM was founded in the 1960s with a specialised focus on producing recycled products from waste rubber. In 1978, UNION FOAM became the first in Italy to produce semi-finished closed-cell foam rubber products for thermal and acoustic insulation in domestic and residential applications. Today, their research, testing, and development have led them to become a market leader in the insulation industry.

EUROBATEX also features s2 smoke classification according to EN 13501-1 reaction to fire test for pipes and tapes. Additionally, because of its low thermal conductivity (even at lower thicknesses), it ensures energy conservation, temperature control, personal protection, or frost protection.
