This Ideal Commercial Boilers header kit is designed for modular (cascade) boiler installations accommodating multiple PHEX and/or LLH boilers. The kit is available with an output range of 30-150kW (DN80-DN150) configured in a back-to-back arrangement. These kits offer users the flexibility to select the most optimal spatial layout to meet precise heat output requirements in commercial settings. Furthermore, they effectively reduce operational delays and interruptions while simultaneously enhancing efficiency over an extended period.

The kit includes pre-insulated flow & return headers with mixing and gas header, all with fixing brackets. For easy connection, flexible stainless steel pipe and connections are supplied together with pressure relief valves, boiler shut off valves and a drain cock. ErP modulating shunt pumps are also included.
