Description

These push-fit flexi hoses are suitable for the connection of plastic and copper pipe to a female mixer tap and have been designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK by John Guest Speedfit. These hoses are ideal for the connection to monobloc mix taps.

To make a connection, simply push the fitting fully onto the pipe and screw the thread into the bloc. These hoses have offset spanner locations to ease installation. If the need arises to demount the connection, push the collet towards the body of the fitting and pull the pipe to release. These fittings ensure an easier working environment in confined places and remove the need for hot works on site. Installation can be reduced by around 40% against traditional fixing methods.

John Guest Speedfit believe that it is this commitment to quality that has led to it receiving awards from many of the world's leading testing and approvals organisations.

  • With all plastic pipes, the relevant manufacturer's insert is required.
  • These monobloc mixer hoses are not suitable for central heating systems.
