Provide yourself and your family with peace of mind by installing the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera. Designed to monitor activity outside your property, its people, car and animal detection technology will give you immediate and specific notifications sent straight to your smartphone. These notifications are completely customisable, helping you to reduce the chance of false alarms occurring every time your pet runs up your driveway or garden.
Whether you're waiting for a loved one to return home from work late at night or expecting a special delivery to be delivered to your home whilst you're at work, the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera will notify you in real time as these events happen. The camera has a 100° field of view, 8x digital zoom, and a detection range of as much as 20m. Its night vision technology will work up to a distance of 15m.
As well as a high-resolution 1920 x 1080 camera, Netatmo's Smart Outdoor Camera is also fitted with an integrated 12W LED floodlight. It will automatically switch on at night when you receive an alert, illuminating the area outside your home. Not only does this help to give you a better view of people or cars approaching your home, but it will also help to dissuade potential intruders. If you would prefer to operate the light manually, this can be done via the app.
Unlike some alternative security cameras, with the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera, local video storage is completely free of charge. Not only this, all of the features and updates are included without a subscription. You can store your videos locally on encrypted microSD cards or, if you would prefer, you can store the videos on iCloud, Dropbox or FTP.
