This underlay is perfect for use with Quick -Step Livyn flooring. At 2mm thick it is made up of three layers (protective layer, comfort zone, levelling zone), enhancing the foam. Giving it the ability to self-level any minor unevenness in your subfloor while providing a stable foundation for your flooring.
The protective layer is a damp-proof membrane which is built in. As it is built in, there is no need for an extra layer during installation, saving time and money. This membrane protects your floor from rising moisture and mould.
It has been specially constructed to have transit and drum sound absorbing abilities, reducing creaking as you walk across your room.
It is suitable to be used with underfloor heating or underfloor cooling. However, if you have a room that will have fluctuations in temperature fluctuations or extreme temperatures it is better to use the Uniclic Livyn Sun Heat Underlay.
